Christie oversees all aspects of The Tribute Companies, which own four cemeteries in Wisconsin as well as Precast concrete manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Indiana and an Architectural firm that specializes in cemetery and funeral home design and development.

Meet Matthew Pagel. Matthew joined our team in January, 2021. Matthew grew up locally in Butler, WI. He believes in hard work, helping others, and that laughter is always the best medicine. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting away to go camping or hiking.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jocelyn supports the daily operations at Fort Howard Memorial Park, assisting families with care and compassion while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She values helping others during life’s most difficult moments and takes pride in being a dependable resource for both families and staff. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her daughter and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Todd was born and raised in the Green Bay area. He lives in De Pere with his wife of 27 years, their daughter and Australian labradoodle. Todd’s oldest lives in Michigan where she is enjoying her career working with animals. Todd enjoys helping people and wants to help you and your family during your most difficult time in life. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, golf and NASCAR. Todd is an avid Star Wars collector.

Meet Brittney. Born and partially raised in Southern Texas, she brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field, with a special focus on end-of-life care. Known for a compassionate heart and a passion for helping others, Brittney believes that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her beloved black cat.

Jim supports the daily operations of our cemetery grounds, assisting with every aspect of maintenance and care. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Jim takes pride in keeping the grounds in excellent condition and is there to assist families whenever needed. He values being dependable for both visitors and staff alike. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his kids, fishing, camping, kayaking, and building mini bikes and go-karts.

Rob oversees all aspects of operations for each company owned cemetery and the buildings for all Tribute locations. His responsibilities include: grounds personnel development, purchasing, and safety compliance at all Tribute locations.

Amanda was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2007 with her Bachelors of Science, Public Relations/Communication Studies degree. Amanda and her husband Michael moved to Madison in 2011 and relocated to the Green Bay area in 2015. Amanda loves to redo furniture, travel and spend time with her family. She loves working with the community and hopes to help each family in need at Fort Howard Memorial Park plan their final resting place.

Paul plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all grounds-related tasks, readily offering his assistance whenever families require support.
